Classes are led by me (Charlotte Watson) - a qualified, experienced Doula and Hypnobirthing Antenatal Teacher, I've supported families throughout Leeds and further afield across Yorkshire, the UK and internationally (thanks to Google Meet) since 2021. Everything taught during a Positive Birth Leeds Hypnobirthing course is transferable to any birth scenario and I have supported parents-to-be preparing for birth at home, in hospital and Caesarean section.
