Payment

As I am a small business and can offer limited spaces on courses a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a Positive Birth Leeds course. The balance payment is due in full 7 days prior to the course start date.

Payment is for the full course as advertised and not for individual sessions. Participants’ place on a Positive Birth Leeds course is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been confirmed as received. If full payment is not received prior to the course start date your place on the course will be cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds

If your baby is born before the course starts the full course fee will be repaid to you. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by Charlotte Watson attempts will be made to reschedule to another date. If this is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund will be given. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be provided. 

If for any reason in person courses cannot take place, for example extreme weather or government restrictions, the course will be rescheduled or proceed online via live video link e.g. Zoom.

Rescheduling sessions

Participants who have booked a private one to one course are required to give in full 48 hours notice to reschedule any sessions. If the session cannot be rescheduled to an agreed date and the sessions cannot take place no refund can be given for individual sessions.
